刚才wei带我去本地岩馆耍了三小时，发现国内的岩馆跟人家一比就是小儿科。
各种角度的岩壁、各种手感的岩点、各种屋檐，各种抱石造型也就罢了，最可气的是人家居然还做了各种裂缝，从finger lock到hand jam，再从off-width到肉塞，一应俱全。

盒子，低调，低调。美国岩馆也是最近十年攀岩逐渐主流化后才搞起来的。
这是Planet Granite Sunnyvale。之所以有这么样的规模主要是地处湾区，有大量的人口提供公司offsite和生日派对作为岩馆的主要利润来源。有收入自然就能搞大。光靠岩痞交年费在哪儿都搞不大的。

还有这边岩馆一般都带一个瑜伽室和一些举铁设备，还可以吸引不攀岩的客户。

難怪我看著很面熟，果然是 Planet Granite ，這個岩館很有錢。他們有 Planet Grant It 贊助攀登活動。Dave（我老公）去年有拿到贊助金，所以我跟著去做了兩場 slideshows。

不過這個攀岩館在美國還算是小的。不過生日派對真的是很多岩館的主要收入啊～

現在很多新的岩館都結合 yoga 和 massage 和 weight rooms ，光攀岩不好賺錢。可是美國的岩館入場費也高啊～我已經找不到 $15.00 以下的 day pass 了

The NV is a new product line (just out this year or last year?) of Nissan. Dave and I thought about a Sprinter but it's too expensive. Dave is doing the final touch on Magic (the name of our van). We might make a video on the history of converting the van into RV!

NV is a pretty good choice (if you can cope with the look). It somewhat shares Titan's platform, so you can expect better support down in the road. Sprinter is a bit more appropriate for conversion (efficiency/low-end turque of diesel), but since it's not built in state, it's terrible terribly overpriced.
I was also into camper conversion back in 07, was seriously considering getting a T1N to brew my home conversion. later was distracted by more significant things in life.
However, Ford finally pulled the trigger, they gonna build Transit in Missouri for 2014 model to replace the good old econoline. It will be a perfect candidate for conversion.
