6楼缠腿式的设计据说有很多优点:
1、避免了焊接的潜在问题:如焊接质量、热处理与退火处理等;
2、纵向拔出力大增:胶可以较好的分布在腿间隙上,增大了粘接面积,粘的更结实;
3、也不容易旋转:开槽埋胶安装最好,即使不开槽,钉也不容易沿轴旋转。
当然了,这也只是一家之言。
我倒觉得,这样的设计,至少生产工艺比较简单,不利之处式需要钻更大直径的孔。

Twisted leg bolts are cheaper, have less reliance on glue quality, better corrosion resistance and a higher pull out resistance but generally require a larger diameter hole to be drilled.
Solid leg bolts can be placed in smaller holes, saving on drilling time in hard rock and can have thicker material increasing their life if used for lowering and toproping. The lack of any mechanical effect means they are more reliant on good quality gluing, compounded by the reduced hole size giving less glue/rock bond area.
As with all welded products there is an increased risk of corrosion in agressive environments such as near the sea and twisted leg bolts are a better choice. |
